张玉洪，笔名：朱启。男，1951年7月出生于中国山东省诸城市，戏剧、传记文学作家。1984--1992年，先后获得昌潍师专中文系、山东电大汉语言文学专业、山东艺术学院戏剧系编导专业、中国作协鲁迅文学院文学创作研究班毕业文凭。

1984年，少小喜爱文学的朱启在诸城周边县市汇集文友上百人，发起成立"卢笋文学社"并被推举为社长，先后创刊和主编了《卢山文艺》《卢笋文学丛刊》（诗歌、散文、小说与评论专号）《楼子文艺》等文艺杂志20余期。并由县邮电局转入文化部门工作。

1986年，朱启在首届潍坊地区文化站长培训班和首届潍坊地区电视剧创作学习班脱颖而出，创作并演出了话剧小品《扇案》和电视连续剧脚本《苏东坡在密州》。第二年，他又与潍坊市艺术馆黄百胜连手创作了电视剧《风筝误》〔上下集〕，被长春电影制片厂拍摄。1988年4月，在"第六届潍坊国际风筝会"期间，分别由潍坊、山东、吉林等电视台播放，并于同年8月7日，被中央电视台转播。

1988年，朱启通过成人高考，进入山东艺术学院戏剧系编导专业脱产学习。两年期间，创作出话剧、影视、学术论文以及诗歌、散文、报告文学、翻译作品等60余件，被《新剧本》《影视文学》《大众日报》《齐鲁艺苑》《新聊斋》《老人天地》及山东电台、电视台、山大出版社等20多家媒体采用，并获得多项文学艺术创作奖。不久，他又被接纳成为中国戏剧家协会山东分会会员和收录《山东作家词典》。

1992年，朱启通过选拔进入中国作协鲁迅文学院深造，并把自己的创作领域拓宽到小说领域，创作出短篇小说《珍贵的爱》《嫉妒》等发表并获奖。第二年，他转入中国艺术研究院研究生部继续深造，创作戏剧作品《候车》《评豫剧〈五福临门〉》等在《新剧本》《河南戏剧》等杂志发表，并获得硕士研究生课程进修班的结业文凭。期间和以后，他的若干篇企业界精英人物传记作品在《中外企业家》《当代企业家》《国际商报》等媒体发表。

1996年与1998年，朱启分别参加中国社会科学院外国文学研究所与德国歌德学院北京分院联合举办的纪念伟大戏剧家布莱希特去世40周年和诞辰100周年国际学术研讨会，在会上宣读了论文《挑战，从这儿开始--布莱希特1919年4个独幕剧赏析》《评〈巴尔〉--兼论香港"剧场在行动"》，并将他的"布莱希特早期戏剧"翻译作品与专家们进行交流。其中《评〈巴尔〉》论文在《中国戏剧》1998年第7期发表。

1999年2月，朱启受邀参加《民主与法制》春季创作笔会，完成中篇纪实文学《一个女研究生之死》，后收入个人文集发表。

2001年4月，在"中国作家世纪论坛"上，朱启的散文《永难磨灭的记忆》，获得"全国作品评比"二等奖。并荣幸得到茅盾文学奖暨鲁迅文学奖评委吴秉杰先生作为诗歌与散文组首篇范文重点讲评。同年5月，长征出版社又出版了他的纪实、传记文学作品集《托起属于自己的太阳》。

2003年7月，中国文学出版社出版朱启的另一部纪实、传记文学作品集《无悔人生》。其后，他应邀出席了北京大学外国语学院举办的菲力普·肖特《毛泽东传》座谈会，作了"如何看待毛泽东"的现场发言。并先后被中国纪实文学研究会、中国报告文学学会、中外传记文学研究会、中国戏剧家协会吸纳为会员。

2004年9月，朱启赴美陪读。并自2006年9月开始，担任加州大学圣巴巴拉分校中国学生学者联谊会首席顾问兼文化工作指导。同时，创作了独幕话剧《爱情变奏曲》，在2007年加州大学圣巴巴拉分校华人春节晚会上演。在这台影响力较大的晚会上，朱启担任了总撰稿人和艺术总监的职务。在这期间，他还创作了文学作品《陪读找乐子》《在那悲惨的岁月里》《种菜小记》《薄奠》《天佑吾师》（压缩版）以及《美国前移民官杨安伦办案系列故事》《南加州成功人物系列》《洛城作家素描系列》《系列》等，分别在《世界日报》《侨报》《多维时报》《中华商报》《中国日报》《台湾时报》《北美文汇周刊》《世界华人周刊》《神州学人》等大型书面媒体刊登并连载。

2007年12月，朱启以他长期深入美国华人社会采访写作的丰富经验及在戏剧艺术上的杰出才华，被美国明月歌舞剧社特聘为编剧，并参与改编制作百老汇音乐剧《花鼓歌》（Flower Drum Song）中文版的世界巡回演出专项计划。

2008年1月，朱启又以极大的社会热情和扎实的文学功底，承担了《中国日报》暨《台湾时报》文艺副刊"洛城文苑"的执行主编和"作家介绍"专栏撰稿人。同时又相继担任了《世界华人周刊》与《中华商报》的副总编辑、专栏作家，以及北美洛杉矶华文作家协会理事等职务。

从2007年1月开始，北美最大的中国学生学者联合团体"美西南地区中国学生学者联谊会主席联席会"正式聘任朱启为秘书长。又从2007年1月着手个人纪实文学作品集《命运交响曲--华裔留美学生访谈录》的采访创作。现已完成对美国加州大学、加州大学洛杉矶分校、加州大学圣巴巴拉分校、加州大学尔湾分校、加州大学河边分校、加州大学圣地亚哥分校、加州理工大学、俄勒冈州（Oregon）州立大学、新奥尔良大学、图兰大学、康乃尔大学、斯坦福大学、哈佛大学等处中国留学生的基本采访，正在汇集资料，编纂稿件，力求早日出书。并于2008年3-9月，策划组织了"美西南地区学生学者'迎奥运首届神州学苑杯'自选题材征文"活动，同时又应邀担任了"美西南的去中国学生学者联谊会主席联席会〈梦圆中华〉中秋晚会"组委会成员和特邀导演的重要职务。

Zhang Yuhong, pen name is Zhu Qi. Male. Born in July 1951 in Zhucheng City, Shandong province of China. A writer of drama and biography. From 1984 to 1992, he graduated from Changwei Normal College, Department of Chinese Literature; Shandong TV University, Department of Chinese Literature, Shandong Institute of Art, Department of Drama, with an emphasis in playwriting and directing, and Graduate Program of Literature Creative Writing at Chinese Writers Association Lu Xun Literature Institute.

In 1984, Zhu Qi organized a hundred literature fans around Zhucheng City to establish "Asparagus Literature Club". As the Chair of this literature club, he founded and edited more than 20 issues of literature and art journals, including "Lushan Literature and Art", "Asparagus Literature Journals" (Poem, Essay, Novel and Criticism Issue), and "Louzi Literature and Art". During that time, he also transferred his work from the postal office to a cultural institute.

In 1986, Zhu Qi distinguished himself in the first training class for Weifang Area Cultural Stations and the first training class for TV playwriting in Weifang Area. He wrote and performed in short play "Shan'an" and TV play series "Su Dongpo in Mizhou". In 1987, he co-wrote TV play "Kite Error" (Part I and II) together with Huang Baisheng from Weifang Art Museum. The play was filmed by Changchun Film Studio and broadcasted by Weifang TV Station, Shandong TV Station, Jilin TV Station and China Central Television Station.

In 1988, Zhu Qi passed the College Entrance Examination for Adults and became a full-time student in the Drama Department of Shandong Art Institute, majoring in playwriting and directing. Between 1988-1990, he created more than 60 works, including spoken drama, film and TV scripts, research papers, poem, essay, reportage, and translations. These works were published in journals, including "New Plays", "Film and TV Literature", "Mass Daily", "Qilu Art", "New Liaozhai", and "The Elderly", as well as Shandong Broadcasting Station, TV station, and Shandong University Publishing House. He won many awards for his literature and art works, and was recruited as a member of Chinese Drama Association Shandong Branch. He was included in "Dictionary of Shandong Writers".

In 1992, Zhu Qi was selected to further his study in Lu Xun Literature Institute, which was established by Chinese Writers Association. He broadened his creative writing skills into fiction writing, and wrote short stories "Precious Love" and "Jealousy". Both were published and won awards. In 1993, he transferred to the Graduate School of Chinese Art Research Institute to continue his study. During his study there, he wrote play "Waiting for Bus" and essay "Critiques On Yu Opera 'Five Blessings Coming to the House'". These works were published in journals "New Plays" and "He'nan Drama". He also published several biographies of some elite entrepreneurs in journals such as "Entrepreneurs in China and Abroad", "Contemporary Entrepreneurs" and newspaper "Chinese Biz News".

In 1996 and 1998, Zhu Qi presented papers "Challenges from Here -- Appreciation of Brecht's Four One-act Plays of 1919" and "On 'Barr'- Also on Hongkong 'Theater in Action'" at Brecht International Seminar, co-held by Foreign Literature Research Institute of China Social Science Academy and Goethe Academy Beijing Institute to memorize the 40th anniversary of Bertolt Brecht's death and the centenary of Bertolt Brecht's birth. He also introduced his translations of Brecht's early plays to seminar participants. His essay "Criques On 'Barr'" was published in journal "Chinese Theater" (issue 7, 1998).

In February 1999, Zhu Qi was invited by journal "Democracy and Law" to participate in its spring creative writing conference, and wrote a medium-length reportage "The Death of a Female Graduate Student", which was published in his collections of writing.

In April 2001 on "Chinese Writers Century Forum", Zhu Qi's essay "Unforgettable Memory" was awarded the second prize in a nation-wide essay competition. The essay was especially commented upon as an exemplary essay by Mr. Wu Bingjie, who was a member of Mao Dun Literature Prize Judge Committee and Lu Xun Literature Prize Judge Committee. In May 2001, his collection of reportages and biographies "Raising Up One's Own Sun" was published by Changzheng Publishing House.

In July 2003, Zhu Qi's another collection of reportages and biographies "Regretless Life" was published by Chinese Literature Publishing House. He was invited to give a talk on "How to Evaluate Mao Zedong" at the Symposium on Philip Short's "Mao Zedong", held by the School of Foreign Languages of Beijing University. Zhu Qi was recruited as a member of Chinese Reportage Literature Research Society, Chinese Reportage Literature Society, Auto-/Biography Research Society, and Chinese Dramatists Association.

In September 2004, Zhu Qi came to the United States. He was invited to be the first adviser and cultural work instructor for Chinese Students and Scholars Association at University of California, Santa Barbara in September 2006. He wrote one-act play "Variations of Love", which was performed at 2007 UCSB Chinese New Year Festival Celebration. He was also the general writer and artistic director for the same event. During his days at UCSB, he wrote essays "Enjoying Life as an F2", "During Those Miserable Years" "Episodes of Planting Vegetables", "Slight Memorial", "Heaven Blessing My Teacher", "Former American Immigration Official Yang Anlun Legal Cases Series", "Southern California Celebrities Series" "Los Angeles Chinese Writers Sketches Series" "World Famous Businessmen's Secrecy in Business-doing Series". These essays were published as series in "World Daily", "The China Press" "Duowei Times" "Chinese Biz News" "North American weekly Wenhui" "World Chinese Weekly" and "Chinese Abroad".

Since December 2007, Zhu Qi is appointed as Playwreght of the Bright Moon Performing Arts Insttitute of America. He also added the planning of rewrite the wellknown music drama "Flower Drum Song" into Chinese.

Since January 2008, Zhu Qi has been the Executive Editor of "Los Angeles Literature", the literature and art issue of "China Daily"/"Taiwan Daily". He has also been the column writer for the "Writers Sketches" section of "China Daily"/"Taiwan Daily" and "Chinese Biz News", and vice chief-editor and column writer for "World Chinese Weekly" . He also took the position of North America Los Angeles Chinese Writers Association Executive Council Member.

Starting from January 2007, he has been formally invited to be the Secretry-general for "Chinese Students and Scholars Association of South-western America", the biggest joint organization of Chinese students and scholars of North America. Since January 2007, he have been working on personal documentary literature collection "Fate Symphony-Interview with Chinese students studying in the United States". he have finished the interviewing work with students from USC,UCLA, UCSB, UCI, UCR, UCSD, Caltech, Oregon State University, University of New Orleans, Tulane University, Cornell, Stanford and Harvard. This collection is in the final stage and is expected to be in press in the end of 2008.In 2008,3-9, He planned and organized the first essay competition for essays on Beijing Olympics for Chinese students and scholars of South-western America. He was also a member of the organizational committee and a guest artistic director for the Mid-autumn Celebration held by "Chinese Students and Scholars Association of South-western America".
